St. Clair College Welcome Centre

This project is a new two-storey, 17,631-square-foot Welcome Centre addition to St. Clair College’s existing main campus building. The project objective was to create a Welcome Centre for new international students, encompassing the various departments needed to help them navigate orientation for the school year. The design consolidated the various departments into a “one-stop shop” by strategically locating the facility off the main entrance for easy access upon arrival at the college. The design provides exterior transparency for easy identification of the departments from outside the building. Inside, all departments are organized off a single atrium lobby, allowing a clear view to both floors.
