At the time of completion, the Barrie Family Health Team stood as one of the largest collaborative health care facilities in Barrie/Simcoe Region, bringing together 42 physicians under one roof. Designed to promote accessibility, efficiency, and patient-centered care, the facility integrates a wide range of medical services in a warm, welcoming environment.

Architecturally, the layout emphasizes clear circulation and shared spaces that foster collaboration among health care professionals while ensuring patient comfort and privacy. The design reflects a modern approach to community health care — one that supports both the functional needs of providers and the well-being of the families they serve.
