In doing so, we establish critical relationships between key parameters, from site-specific details to broader infrastructure constraints. Our in-house team provides consultation in neighbourhood, regional, and site planning, drawing on extensive experience to develop comprehensive plans that maximize each site’s potential while ensuring thoughtful integration with surrounding areas. We also support projects requiring rezoning, committee of adjustment, or by-law amendments. As with all our work, we leverage advanced design and digital modeling technologies to enhance efficiency and insight, and as Master Architects, we are prepared to oversee projects from start to finish.

Our analytical approach to master planning and urban design delivers intelligent growth solutions, from single sites to entire cityscapes, shaping a more functional and inspiring future.
Windsor Crossing
Windsor, Ontario
This project involves a retail development delivered in five phases. The design emphasizes flexible leasable space by maximizing structural steel spans to minimize column interference. Architecturally, the project features a stately presence with modernized classical detailing. Each phase is strategically planned around anchor tenants and an exterior shopping layout, with pedestrian-scaled elements and walkways enhancing the overall shopping experience. Major tenants are highlighted with prominent entry porticos, while smaller tenants are defined through fabric canopies and reduced façade projections for signage. The design was awarded first place by the Windsor Construction Association for Design and Construction.

Lakefront Heights
Windsor, Ontario
Lakefront Heights is a multi-residential housing development located in close proximity to the local waterfront. The project involves a twin-tower residential and podium concept containing parking and building services. The design also provides street-front townhouses to create a people-scaled edge along the main street access, with higher-density components located toward the mid to rear of the site. This strategy also permits lakefront views for all living units from the two residential towers. Additionally, the two towers assist with phasing the development and adjusting for fluctuations in the residential market.
